Regional Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and inspire Store Managers to achieve sales, profit, and customer experience targets
• Drive operational excellence through effective wage management, productivity, and cost control
• Build strong talent pipelines through recruitment, succession planning, and leadership development
• Analyse store performance data to identify opportunities and drive accountability
• Conduct regular store visits, business reviews, and performance conversations
• Ensure exceptional visual merchandising standards and brand execution across all stores
• Partner with Loss Prevention teams to minimise shrinkage and protect company assets

Requirements

• Proven experience in a multi-site retail leadership role
• Experience leading apparel, fashion, or mixed-category retail businesses
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to interpret data and drive performance
• Exceptional leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong organisational and planning capabilities in a fast-paced environment
• A customer-first mindset and commitment to operational excellence
