Regional Manager, Strada Pay

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and daily leadership to a team of Payroll Country Owners across multiple geographies.
• Set performance expectations, monitor progress, and ensure accountability to goals, quality standards, and timelines.
• Drive standardization of processes, tools, and documentation while enabling localized flexibility.
• Act as the primary liaison between Payroll Country Owners and cross-functional teams including Product Development, Compliance, and Sales.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to prioritize platform enhancements based on regional input.
• Guide the team in monitoring regulatory changes to ensure timely updates to the Strada Pay platform.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in international payroll, HR technology, or payroll operations.
• 3+ years of experience in a leadership or management role.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processes, regulatory environments, and compliance management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead in a matrixed, fast-paced, and evolving environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration platforms.
• Experience working with payroll software or SaaS platforms.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.
