Regional Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional strategic market plans, including short, medium, and long-term goals and visions.
• Lead and develop regional business teams through training, performance assessments, and professional coaching.
• Manage and track business objectives to ensure the delivery of regional results.
• Utilize customer insights to develop and update commercial business plans.
• Drive product accessibility and maintain brand influence within the assigned territory.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful operational management and market policy implementation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• 1+ year of second-line management experience with a proven track record of performance.
• Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and team management skills.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication abilities.
• High level of compliance awareness and a result-oriented mindset.
