Regional Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement regional business plans, including short, medium, and long-term strategic goals and visions.
• Lead, manage, and develop the regional business team through training, performance evaluations, and coaching.
• Utilize customer insights to drive product portfolio development and market growth.
• Maintain relationships with strategic customers and drive the decision-making process.
• Manage regional performance targets, market policies, and operational information systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product access and brand influence.
• Ensure high levels of compliance and adherence to company strategic objectives.

Requirements

• Medical or pharmacy degree (or a related professional field).
• 8+ years of experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
• At least 1 year of experience in second-line management.
• Proven track record of high performance and achieving business results.
• Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and team management skills.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication abilities.
• High level of compliance awareness and professional integrity.
