About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Engineers and frontline leaders to drive performance and long-term career growth.
  • Partner with senior Sales leadership on regional strategy, multi-quarter planning, and forecast alignment.
  • Own in-field execution by providing executive presence and technical credibility during strategic, high-impact opportunities.
  • Oversee high-quality delivery across technical sales cycles, including evaluations and customer engagements.
  • Hire and onboard top talent to build a high-performing team and accelerate ramp-up time.
  • Manage regional operations, including resource allocation, KPI tracking, and productivity.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Support to align on GTM execution and customer experience.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience leading Sales Engineers or frontline leaders in a customer-facing technical organization.
  • 7+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or a technical customer-facing role.
  • Strong background in public cloud (AWS, Azure, or GCP), Kubernetes, APM/tracing, and observability.
  • Proven ability to partner with senior leadership on regional strategy and long-range planning.
  • Demonstrated capability of utilizing and scaling AI tooling.
  • Ability to travel as needed to support customer engagements.
