About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Engineers and frontline leaders to drive performance and long-term career growth.
- Partner with senior Sales leadership on regional strategy, multi-quarter planning, and forecast alignment.
- Own in-field execution by providing executive presence and technical credibility during strategic, high-impact opportunities.
- Oversee high-quality delivery across technical sales cycles, including evaluations and customer engagements.
- Hire and onboard top talent to build a high-performing team and accelerate ramp-up time.
- Manage regional operations, including resource allocation, KPI tracking, and productivity.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Support to align on GTM execution and customer experience.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience leading Sales Engineers or frontline leaders in a customer-facing technical organization.
- 7+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or a technical customer-facing role.
- Strong background in public cloud (AWS, Azure, or GCP), Kubernetes, APM/tracing, and observability.
- Proven ability to partner with senior leadership on regional strategy and long-range planning.
- Ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels.
- Willingness to travel as needed to support customer engagements.

- Demonstrated capability of utilizing and scaling AI tooling.
- Experience in security, developer experience, or complex observability environments.
- A growth mindset with a curiosity for emerging technologies.
