Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop operations managers towards clear goals
• Ensure quality, contract compliance, economy, and goal achievement across the region
• Drive growth, business development, and operational evolution
• Lead change and improvement work with a focus on results
• Build strong, long-term relationships with municipalities, clients, and partners
• Contribute to strategic development and future positioning

Requirements

• Licensed nurse, occupational therapist, physiotherapist, or social worker
• Minimum five years of leadership experience within elderly care
• Experience leading other managers and developing operations
• Strong financial understanding and experience with budget responsibility
• Experience in quality and change management
• Valid B-driver's license
