Regional Manager Ready-Mixed Concrete

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for sales, results, and market development within the Saxony South-East region
• Systematically manage and expand existing customer relationships in the construction sector
• Actively pursue market opportunities to acquire new projects and customers
• Manage offers, pricing, and contract closures
• Collaborate closely with production plants, dispatch, and operational units
• Continuously monitor market trends, competitors, and upcoming projects

Requirements

• Multi-year sales experience in the building materials industry, preferably in ready-mixed concrete
• Strong knowledge of the regional construction industry and established market connections
• Experience in project business and interacting with construction companies and local decision-makers
• Strong negotiation skills with a clear focus on results and market share
• Structured, independent working style and high level of commitment
• Mobility within the assigned sales territory
