Regional Manager Pulmonology

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate a high-performing field sales team of pharmaceutical advisors
• Drive sales results for vaccines among general practitioners, specialists, and internists within the pulmonology sector
• Act as a key liaison between company management, national sales leadership, and the field team
• Plan, coordinate, and manage all field sales activities within the assigned region
• Analyze KPIs to develop and implement strategic action plans for continuous territory development
• Collaborate closely with sales leadership to ensure all regional targets are met

Requirements

• Several years of successful experience as a Regional Manager in pharmaceutical field sales
• Qualification according to §75 AMG to meet legal requirements for medical field service
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop team potential
• Strong analytical skills and a high affinity for data and performance metrics
• Performance-oriented mindset with a strong ability to drive results and motivate teams
