Regional Manager Pulmonology

Responsibilities

• Act as a key link between company management, the national sales director, and the field sales team
• Lead, coach, and motivate a high-performing team of pharmaceutical advisors to increase vaccine sales among general practitioners and specialists
• Take responsibility for the sales results within the Kempten, Ingolstadt, and Munich regions
• Plan, coordinate, and manage all field service activities for your team effectively
• Analyze KPIs to derive action plans for the continuous development of sales territories
• Collaborate closely with sales leadership to ensure all targets are met

Requirements

• Several years of successful experience as a Regional Manager in the pharmaceutical field service
• Qualification according to §75 AMG to meet legal requirements for medical field service
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop team potential
• Strong analytical skills and a high affinity for numbers and data
• Performance-oriented mindset with the ability to drive teams toward high achievement
