Regional Manager Pulmonology

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate a high-performing field sales team of pharmaceutical advisors
• Drive vaccine sales growth among general practitioners, specialists, and internists in the Regensburg, Passau, and Munich-East regions
• Act as a key liaison between company management, the national sales director, and the field team
• Oversee the effective planning, coordination, and management of all regional field activities
• Analyze KPIs to develop and implement strategic action plans for continuous territory development
• Collaborate closely with sales leadership to ensure all regional targets are met

Requirements

• Several years of successful experience as a Regional Manager in pharmaceutical field sales
• Qualification according to §75 AMG to meet legal requirements for medical field service
• Proven leadership and coaching skills with the ability to inspire and develop team potential
• Strong analytical skills and a high degree of numeracy to manage sales data and KPIs
• Results-oriented mindset with a strong drive to achieve high performance
