Responsibilities
- Oversee a team of 14-17 members, including team leaders and service technicians
- Manage regional profitability, contract reviews, and pricing
- Maintain Net Promoter Scores and act as a core point of contact for client relationships
Requirements
- Proven experience managing direct and indirect teams
- Demonstrable experience in B2B client account management
- Experience managing P&L budgets
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with Facility Management organisations
- Ability to make data-driven decisions in shifting environments
