Regional Manager of Quality and Operations

Responsibilities

• Ensure ongoing compliance with customer quality requirements across all operations
• Lead, train, and develop the Quality and Operations team to drive high performance and accountability
• Partner with internal departments, customers, and service providers to address quality concerns
• Drive initiatives that improve the company’s ability to consistently meet and exceed customer quality standards
• Manage the Quality and Operations team to ensure effective, efficient, and compliant execution of daily activities
• Review inspection results for accuracy and perform supplemental inspections as needed
• Communicate inspection findings to Purchasing and Sales and recommend corrective actions
• Deliver training on quality awareness, inspection standards, and product knowledge

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Component Engineering
• 5+ years of experience in inspection and classification of semiconductor and electronic components
• 4+ years of experience managing a team of engineers, technicians, or inspectors
• Familiarity with failure analysis methodologies including decapsulation and solder testing
• Knowledge of RoHS requirements
• Basic understanding of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Working knowledge and experience in the Aerospace and Defense industry
