Regional Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop clinic-level managers to achieve regional targets and maintain operational excellence
• Ensure adherence to corporate SOPs, policies, brand standards, and regulatory requirements across all clinics
• Manage staffing plans, including training, coverage, and succession planning at the clinic level
• Drive regional revenue growth and hearing aid unit sales through coaching and performance management
• Oversee patient experience initiatives to ensure high satisfaction and strong clinical outcomes
• Monitor regional performance metrics, develop action plans, and report results to the Regional Director
• Manage clinic budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation while optimizing store-level operations
• Address escalated issues regarding staffing, scheduling, and patient care concerns

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or 4+ years of progressive professional experience
• Must be a Licensed hearing provider
• 5+ years of industry experience in hearing care or retail healthcare
• 3+ years of multi-site leadership or management experience
• Willingness to travel extensively to support clinics and attend regional meetings
• Strong ability to analyze performance metrics and translate data into actionable insights

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience specifically in hearing care or medical device retail
• Familiarity with corporate governance and cross-functional collaboration with headquarters
• Proven success in improving patient experience and clinical outcomes at the clinic level
