Regional Manager, Medical Information Communication

Responsibilities

• Manage all business operations for the assigned region and product group, setting regional goals and development directions
• Build and lead high-performance, productive, and highly motivated teams
• Ensure the achievement of sales targets and other work objectives set by upper management in accordance with regional policies
• Participate in regional recruitment, oversee team member development, and conduct performance management and coaching
• Ensure the authenticity of PIM and hospital meetings within the MICS framework
• Establish and maintain effective communication systems across the region

Requirements

• Proven experience in regional business management and sales target achievement
• Strong expertise in team building, development, and performance management
• Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage sales activities in strict compliance with company policies, industry standards, and local laws, including FCPA and relevant anti-corruption regulations in mainland China
• A positive mindset with strong potential for management and a collaborative approach to teamwork
