About the Company

Insurcomm Restoration delivers complete restoration, reconstruction, and emergency response. As part of Fortify Companies, we are building a platform that aligns insurance carriers, property owners, and service providers across prevention, response, restoration, and rebuild.

Responsibilities

• Full P&L accountability across assigned locations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance management
• Monitor KPIs including contribution margin, gross margin, EBITDA margin, DSO/DPOs, and more
• Build and maintain relationships with key referral sources including insurance carriers and property managers
• Oversee day-to-day operations across up to three branch locations
• Lead, mentor, and develop local branch teams to foster a culture of accountability
• Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction across all branch locations

Requirements

• 5–10 years of operations or field leadership experience in restoration, construction, or disaster recovery
• Demonstrated success managing branch or site-level P&L
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and forecasts
• Proven ability to develop frontline teams and drive accountability
• Established relationships in the New Jersey insurance or property management community strongly preferred
• Willingness to travel regularly across assigned New Jersey locations (up to 25%)
