About the Company

Insurcomm Restoration delivers complete restoration, reconstruction, and emergency response. As part of Fortify Companies, we are building a platform that aligns insurance carriers, property owners, and service providers across prevention, response, restoration, and rebuild.

Responsibilities

• Manage full P&L accountability across assigned locations, including budgeting and forecasting
• Monitor KPIs such as contribution margin, gross margin, and EBITDA
• Build and maintain relationships with insurance carriers, property managers, and commercial accounts
• Oversee day-to-day operations across up to three branch locations
• Lead, mentor, and develop local branch teams to foster accountability and performance
• Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and represent the brand at industry events

Requirements

• 5–10 years of operations or field leadership experience in restoration, construction, or disaster recovery
• Demonstrated success managing branch or site-level P&L
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and forecasts
• Proven ability to develop frontline teams and drive accountability
• Established relationships in the New Jersey insurance or property management community preferred
• Willingness to travel up to 25% across assigned New Jersey locations
