About the role
Responsibilities
- Coach, supervise, and motivate Inside Sales Representatives (ISRs) to increase market share and assets under management.
- Develop and implement mentorship programs, including one-on-one coaching, job shadowing, and call reviews.
- Lead the onboarding and training of new hires, focusing on sales processes, presentation skills, and product knowledge.
- Partner with field sales, marketing, and product teams to execute strategic sales plans and optimize lead generation.
- Analyze performance data and key metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted coaching strategies.
- Oversee outbound calling efforts and digital engagement strategies to ensure consistent messaging with financial advisors.
- Collaborate internally with Product Managers and wholesalers to ensure alignment on regional distribution objectives.
Requirements
- Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and CIM Designation.
- 5 years of industry-related experience.
- Proven experience within the Asset Management landscape.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and coaching skills.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Deep understanding of business controls, rules, and guidelines.
