Regional Manager, Inside Sales

Responsibilities

• Coach, supervise, and motivate Inside Sales Representatives (ISRs) through one-on-one sessions, call reviews, and job shadowing.
• Develop and implement sales training programs focused on the Dynamic sales process, presentation skills, and product knowledge.
• Create and execute strategic plans to drive product adoption and deepen relationships with financial advisors and brokers.
• Partner with field sales, marketing, and product teams to optimize lead generation and regional distribution objectives.
• Analyze performance data and key metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted coaching strategies.
• Oversee outbound calling efforts, virtual meetings, and digital engagement strategies to ensure consistent messaging.
• Collaborate with internal departments, including Product Managers and Creative Services, to ensure alignment on initiatives.

Requirements

• University Degree.
• Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and CIM Designation.
• 5 years of industry-related experience, specifically within the Asset Management landscape.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and coaching skills.
• Proficiency in English and French is required to collaborate with national teams and local clients.
• Deep understanding of business controls, rules, and guidelines.

Preferred Qualifications

• High level of knowledge regarding Dynamic Funds and Scotiabank mandates and products.
• Proven track record of driving positive sales results in a professional financial environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales pipeline and performance data.
