Regional Manager - Housing Services

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day delivery of tenancy and allocation services across the region
• Monitor operational performance, tenancy outcomes, and service delivery standards
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team through values-based leadership
• Foster a positive, customer-focused culture that promotes accountability and continuous improvement
• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, government agencies, and community partners
• Manage operational risks and contribute to quality assurance initiatives
• Support the implementation of operational policies, procedures, and service improvements

Requirements

• Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams within housing, community services, or social services
• Tertiary qualifications in Leadership, Management, Community Services, Social Sciences, or a related discipline
• Experience within the social and affordable housing sector
• Understanding of NCAT and Tribunals
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities, risks, and organisational change
• Strong stakeholder engagement and partnership-building skills
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
