Regional Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial, operational, and service performance of an assigned portfolio of apartment communities
• Conduct regular site visits to evaluate operations, presentation, and team effectiveness
• Review monthly financial statements, budgets, and variance reports
• Lead annual budget preparation and forecasting
• Recruit, mentor, and develop Community Managers and onsite leaders
• Ensure adherence to company policies, management agreements, and regulatory requirements
• Maintain high standards for apartment home presentation and customer service

Requirements

• Three to five years of experience as a Regional Manager
• Proficiency in Yardi Voyager and Microsoft Office
• Valid Driver’s License
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Proven success in driving occupancy, NOI growth, and expense management

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field
• Multi-site or portfolio oversight experience
• Industry certifications such as CAM, CAPS, or ARM
