Regional Manager

Responsibilities

• Create and lead a team to develop, launch, and manage events from A to Z
• Manage the region's P&L and team development for Spain and Portugal
• Define regional growth strategy to ensure sales performance and operational quality
• Manage the local portfolio of experiences based on data analysis
• Develop and maintain high-level relationships with C-level executives from major entertainment companies
• Negotiate and close business deals with local partners
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and feedback to local team members
• Report performance on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
• Represent Fever at local events and industry conversations

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in project management, startup, or consulting
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Strong analytical, organizational, and large team management skills
• Proven experience managing complex projects and high-level stakeholder relationships
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a solution-focused mindset
• Ability to handle large workloads and parallel work-streams
• Extensive networking skills and ability to drive partnerships
• Note: This is not a position for an event production background

• MBA from a top-tier school
