Regional Manager

Responsibilities

• Complete oversight of all real estate property management functions including administrative and maintenance operations
• Create and implement leasing, marketing, and resident relations plans
• Prepare budgets, financial reporting, and monthly variance analysis reports
• Monitor compliance with HUD and ensure sites meet NOI goals
• Handle resident complaints and supervise building security and incident documentation
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs
• Manage rent levels and resident retention programs
• Oversee vouchering through TRACS and coordinate with third-party contractors

Requirements

• Two years of experience as a Regional Property Manager
• Proficiency in YARDI and Realpage
• Experience with REAC and MOR inspections
• In-depth knowledge of Affordable Housing
• Knowledge of the NYC residential market (Rent Stabilization, DHCR, HPD)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
