Regional Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of area and site managers responsible for cleaning programs at multiple client facilities
• Develop and implement site-specific operational plans in accordance with scope and budget
• Ensure adequate staffing levels and resource allocation to meet contractual requirements
• Coordinate and oversee periodic cleaning programs including floor care and window cleaning
• Investigate and resolve client complaints promptly while ensuring documentation
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and health and safety regulations
• Prepare reports for clients to demonstrate service delivery in accordance with SLAs and KPIs
• Provide coaching, guidance, and performance management support to managers and employees
• Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee development initiatives

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in the facility services industry in a leadership role
• Experience managing multiple clients in different sectors
• Post-secondary education in business or a related field
• Strong knowledge of cleaning industry best practices, products, and equipment
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate high-performing teams
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and general technology
• Valid G-Class Driver’s License
• Ability to obtain Security Clearance(s)
