Regional Manager, Cardiothoracic

Responsibilities

• Direct and coach Territory Managers and Clinical Specialists to meet or exceed sales and profitability objectives within the Midwest region.
• Formulate sales strategies for assigned geographies and product lines to attain revenue goals.
• Recruit, coach, and develop organizational talent while providing guidance on career development.
• Create an entrepreneurial environment and foster a diverse workplace.
• Lead the team in evaluating market opportunities and implementing sales strategies.
• Ensure team accountability for CRM maintenance, lead management, and sales process data.
• Assist with contract negotiations and collaborate with Corporate Accounts to grow product lines in GPOs and IDNs.
• Analyze and report on forecasts for order intake and revenue.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations, including FDA and EEO.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of sales management experience in the medical device industry.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional sales experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM tools.
• Ability to travel approximately 50% or more.

• Advanced degree.
• Proven track record of success in identifying and implementing "Best In Class" management processes.
• Experience in strategic planning, execution, and change management.
