Regional Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage a significant real estate portfolio with broad operating latitude and decision-making responsibility
• Oversee up to 10 sites and a diverse workforce, providing coaching and performance feedback
• Develop and execute regional operational budgets and review monthly operating statements
• Maximize operating efficiency and financial performance through strategic planning
• Oversee large capital projects and coordinate between multiple departments
• Implement systems for resident services and prompt complaint resolution
• Ensure adherence to property management rules, regulations, and housing guidelines

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a community management position
• 7+ years of multifamily experience
• Experience with Lease Up or New Development
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management systems
• Ability to travel frequently within the region and for industry travel
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work under time constraints

Preferred Qualifications

• Affordable housing experience
• Knowledge of LIHTC and Tax Credit/Bond/conventional qualifications
• Previous training experience
