Responsibilities
- Drive and develop the business within the Berner Auto-division
- Manage budget and ensure ambitious sales and result targets are met
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of 13 sales consultants
- Coach and spar with sales consultants during customer visits
- Monitor sales results and KPIs closely
- Set and monitor goals regarding budget and business plans
- Coordinate and implement local sales and marketing initiatives
- Build and maintain key customer relationships and identify new opportunities
- Handle reporting and analytical tasks
Requirements
- Solid experience in B2B sales with a proven track record of results
- Strong leadership experience with a coaching-oriented style
- Ability to act as a "playing coach" who leads by example
- Strategic thinking skills with the ability to execute sales strategies
- Strong business understanding and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Structured, self-motivated, and initiative-driven
- Business-level proficiency in English (written and oral)
- Residence in the Triangle Area (Trekantområdet) is ideal but not required
