Regional Manager

Responsibilities

• Hold full operational accountability for the performance, delivery, and profitability of employment services contracts across the allocated region
• Lead, coach, and develop Service Managers across multiple sites to achieve high performance and engagement
• Ensure all contractual, compliance, quality, and financial obligations are met or exceeded
• Drive placement, outcome, and market share performance across all Employment Service Areas
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Services Australia, employers, and community partners
• Provide operational leadership, performance management, and governance oversight
• Contribute to financial forecasting, reporting, and risk management
• Represent the company at regional forums, committees, and community events

Requirements

• Proven experience leading teams and/or multiple sites within employment services or a related industry
• Strong understanding of contractual and compliance-based service delivery environments
• Sound financial and commercial acumen
• Demonstrated capability in leadership, coaching, and performance management
• Exceptional stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
• Strong communication, organisational, and decision-making abilities
• A current Australian Driver’s Licence
