Regional Manager

Responsibilities

• Hold full operational accountability for the performance, delivery, and profitability of employment services contracts across the allocated region.
• Lead, coach, and develop Service Managers across multiple sites to achieve high performance and engagement.
• Ensure all contractual, compliance, quality, and financial obligations are met or exceeded.
• Drive placement, outcome, and market share performance across all Employment Service Areas.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Services Australia, employers, and community partners.
• Provide operational leadership, performance management, and governance oversight.
• Contribute to financial forecasting, reporting, and risk management.
• Represent the company at regional forums, committees, and community events.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading teams and/or managing multiple sites within employment services or a related industry.
• Strong understanding of contractual and compliance-based service delivery environments.
• Sound financial and commercial acumen.
• Demonstrated capability in leadership, coaching, and performance management.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Strong communication, organisational, and decision-making abilities.
• A current Australian Driver’s Licence.
