Responsibilities
- Monitor team performance and target achievement
- Conduct market reviews and execute strategies to reach set targets
- Oversee business processes regarding SOPs, both administratively and in the field
- Manage branch/point portfolios in terms of quality and quantity
- Maintain team solidarity and manage internal conflicts based on company regulations
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma (D3) education
- Experience in Regional leadership
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Micro Finance as an Area Manager (Grameen Bank system or Microfinance)
- Ability to develop sales and marketing strategies
- High integrity and strong communication skills
- Proficiency in Google Spreadsheets
- Willingness to travel to Pekalongan, Tegal, Brebes Selatan, Pemalang, Brebes, Batang, Pekalongan Raya, and Kendal
