Responsibilities
- Monitor team performance and target achievement
- Conduct market reviews and execute strategies to meet set targets
- Oversee business processes regarding SOPs, both administratively and in the field
- Manage branch/point portfolio quality and quantity
- Ensure team solidarity and manage internal conflicts based on company regulations
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma (D3) education
- Experience in regional leadership
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Micro Finance as an Area Manager (Grameen Bank system or Microfinance institutions)
- Ability to develop sales and marketing strategies to guide the team
- Willingness to travel to Jepara, Blora, Grobogan, Demak, Pati, Kudus, and Rembang
