Responsibilities
- Monitor team performance and target achievement
- Conduct market reviews and execute strategies to reach set targets
- Oversee business processes regarding SOPs, both administratively and in the field
- Manage branch/point portfolios in terms of quality and quantity
- Maintain team solidarity and manage internal conflicts based on company regulations
Requirements
- Male or Female, maximum 35 years old
- Minimum Diploma (D3) education
- Experience in Regional leadership
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Micro Finance as a Business Manager or Area Manager (Grameen Bank system or Microfinance)
- Ability to develop sales and marketing strategies to guide the team
- High integrity, communicative, and hardworking
