Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans for enterprise solutions in collaboration with City/Area Sales Managers
- Oversee the entire service delivery lifecycle from lead generation to space handover
- Formulate account plans to drive market share growth and exceed revenue targets
- Manage regional Sales P&L, focusing on revenue growth, occupancy, and profitability
- Lead deal structuring for large key accounts and marquee clients
- Cultivate relationships with enterprise clients and manage escalations
- Develop sales strategies to engage corporate heads of real estate, CFOs, and HR leaders
- Lead negotiations for tailored enterprise solutions
- Conduct market analysis to ensure competitive pricing and understanding of local dynamics
Requirements
- Postgraduate degree in Business Management, Sales, or Hospitality Management
- 12+ years of experience in Coworking, IPCs, Hospitality, Commercial Real Estate, or Premium Retail
- Proven ability to build partnerships with C-Suite and leasing administrators using a solution sales approach
- Strong understanding of B2B sales, Commercial Real Estate, and Deal Structuring
- Experience with speculative or client-backed deals
