Regional Maintenance Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders, assist with apartment turns, and support daily maintenance operations across assigned communities
• Provide coverage at properties experiencing staffing gaps, increased workload, or team member absences
• Provide hands-on troubleshooting and technical support to onsite maintenance teams
• Assist with property inspections, identifying safety concerns, code compliance issues, and maintenance needs
• Support preventative maintenance efforts to protect the physical asset
• Assist with special projects, capital improvements, and community initiatives
• Participate in on-call rotation and travel regularly between communities

Requirements

• High School or GED equivalent
• Strong knowledge of apartment maintenance including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs
• Experience completing work orders, make-readies, and preventative maintenance
• Valid Driver's License
• Experience in a regional or floating role preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• EPA certification
• CPO certification
