Regional Maintenance Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate maintenance activities across the Qube Bulk Division to ensure safe, compliant, and cost-effective asset availability.
• Provide strategic leadership to workshop managers, maintenance planners, and supervisors across multiple sites.
• Develop and implement maintenance strategies, lifecycle plans, and scheduling for major fleets and equipment.
• Oversee maintenance planning, execution quality, and backlog control using CMMS platforms.
• Manage regional maintenance budgets, forecasts, and contractor expenditure.
• Champion a "Zero Harm" safety culture, ensuring compliance with WHS and Chain of Responsibility legislation.
• Partner with operational teams to align maintenance delivery with production and customer requirements.

Requirements

• Relevant trade qualification in HV Diesel, Mechanical, or Electrical disciplines.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in senior maintenance or workshop leadership roles.
• Proven background in road transport, heavy equipment, plant, or bulk handling environments.
• Demonstrated experience managing multi-site maintenance teams and external contractors.
• Strong understanding of WHS legislation and maintenance compliance requirements.
• High level of proficiency with CMMS platforms and Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certificate IV in Frontline Management or an equivalent leadership qualification.
