Regional Maintenance Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage District Maintenance Technicians both in-person and remotely
• Manage outside vendors for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and cleaning services
• Coordinate with landlords regarding major repairs and facility maintenance
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on all building systems
• Manage and close OpenWrench tickets and maintain organized inventory
• Execute basic repairs including plumbing fixtures, light fixtures, sheetrock, painting, and flooring
• Oversee facility quality assurance and respond to maintenance concerns on social media platforms

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of maintenance management experience
• Minimum of 1 year of leadership/management experience
• Minimum of 1 year of multi-unit management experience
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
• Experience with CMMS systems and resource management software
• Ability to interpret budgets and provide financial recommendations
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation to multiple locations
• Ability to lift more than 50 lbs and be available for 24/7 emergency contact

Preferred Qualifications

• CFM or CPO Certification
• OSHA Certification/Training
• Bilingual (Spanish preferred)
• CPR and AED certification
