Regional Maintenance Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage District Maintenance Technicians both in-person and remotely
• Manage outside vendors for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and cleaning services
• Coordinate with landlords regarding major facility repairs
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on all building systems
• Manage and close OpenWrench maintenance tickets
• Conduct basic repairs including plumbing fixtures, light fixtures, sheet rock, and painting
• Oversee facility quality assurance and inventory organization
• Monitor and address facility-related concerns on social media platforms

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of maintenance management experience
• Minimum of 1 year of leadership/management experience
• Minimum of 1 year of multi-unit management experience
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
• Experience with CMMS systems and resource management software
• Ability to interpret budgets and provide financial recommendations
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation for multiple locations
• Ability to lift more than 50 lbs and respond to emergencies 24/7

Preferred Qualifications

• CFM or CPO Certification
• OSHA Certification/Training
• Bilingual in Spanish
• CPR and AED certification
