Regional Maintenance Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise maintenance teams in stores
• Monitor and manage relationships with maintenance and repair service providers
• Ensure periodic technical reviews and checks for equipment and installations
• Supervise the operation of electrical, refrigeration, HVAC, PSI, material handling machinery, and building infrastructure
• Prepare stores for technical audits and track the implementation of corrective measures
• Monitor compliance with legal and technical requirements (ISCIR, PSI, SSM, etc.)
• Identify improvement opportunities and propose solutions for optimizing maintenance activities
• Provide technical support and coordinate necessary interventions for fault remediation

Requirements

• Technical studies applied to specific installations
• Experience in coordinating technical maintenance activities
• Solid knowledge regarding specific installations and equipment for commercial or industrial buildings
• Good organizational, planning, and coordination skills
• Availability for travel within the allocated region
• Category B driver's license
