Regional Loss Prevention Manager

Responsibilities

• Protect company assets by managing all loss prevention and safety aspects for stores within an assigned region
• Develop, monitor, and interpret key performance indicators (KPIs) and exception-based reporting to reduce loss and identify shrink trends
• Conduct internal and external theft investigations both in person and via phone
• Perform regular Loss Prevention and Safety audits to identify and correct potential risks
• Ensure field presence through routine store visits and participation in field meetings
• Monitor POS exception reporting tools to identify potential employee theft
• Oversee the proper operation and repair of alarm, EAS, and CCTV equipment
• Ensure compliance with all Operations and LP processes during new store openings, closings, and relocations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice, Asset Protection, or a related field
• 3 years of experience in retail loss prevention
• Multi-store loss prevention experience
• Ability to travel 60% on average, including some overnight stays

Preferred Qualifications

• CFI, CPP, LQ, or LPC certification
• Wicklander-Zulawski or Reid Certification
