Regional Logistics Manager

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient and reliable logistics flows across the region and implement global logistics initiatives
• Lead strategic logistics projects to simplify processes and improve operational performance
• Act as the key logistics partner for regional operations, supply chain planning, and external providers
• Support the evaluation and continuous improvement of logistics networks, warehousing, and 3PL providers
• Monitor logistics performance using data to improve service levels and cost efficiency
• Contribute to sustainability initiatives to reduce environmental impact in the distribution network

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in Logistics or Supply Chain Management
• Experience in FMCG or a fast-paced environment
• Proven experience managing regional or international logistics operations
• Strong project management and change management skills
• Deep understanding of warehousing, transportation, and 3PL operations
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Fluency in English
• Willingness to travel approximately 25%

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field
• Experience working with SAP ERP (R/3 or S/4)
