Responsibilities

• Lead assigned Logistics Area Managers and the regional Transport Logistics Manager
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and internal guidelines (occupational safety, fire protection, etc.)
• Coordinate continuously with relevant interfaces in sales and operations
• Support capital-efficient management of inventory in cooperation with material management
• Increase productivity through professional cost management and continuous improvement using Lean principles

Requirements

• Completed vocational training; further education (e.g., business administrator) is an advantage
• Several years of professional experience in logistics
• Leadership experience with a motivating and reliable management style
• Strong communication, negotiation, and assertiveness skills
• Structured, solution-oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset
• High level of initiative, resilience, and teamwork
• Willingness to travel within the logistics region
