Regional Lobby Manager

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the games lobby across core LATAM markets, specifically Brazil and Mexico, to ensure optimal game positioning.
• Maximize visibility for key games, promotions, and new releases through effective in-lobby content management.
• Upload, schedule, and maintain promotional banners and in-lobby content to ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Configure game settings, limits, and parameters in compliance with product, commercial, and regulatory requirements.
• Act as the regional point of contact for suppliers regarding lobby management and promotional releases.
• Partner with Product and Tech teams to test new features and improve navigation and categorization.
• Optimize localization for LATAM markets to ensure content and presentation are culturally and linguistically appropriate.
• Use a data-driven approach to monitor lobby performance and player engagement, turning insights into actionable improvements.
• Coordinate new game releases and align with Legal and Compliance teams to meet local regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience in online casino games, specifically in lobby management, games operations, or content optimization.
• Strong understanding of the LATAM market, with a high desirability for local knowledge of the Brazilian market.
• Analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working with external suppliers and internal partners.
• Ability to work autonomously and effectively within a fast-paced, globally distributed team environment.
