About the role
Responsibilities
- Execute sales strategy and assist community teams with leasing tasks
- Partner with marketing to implement sales initiatives and maximize occupancy
- Manage prospect follow-up via calls, AI handoffs, texts, and email
- Monitor key performance indicators including closing ratios and pre-lease achievement
- Deliver approved housing agreements by collecting necessary financial documentation
- Maintain lead management policies and conduct audits for compliance
- Utilize business intelligence and AI platforms to improve sales processes
Requirements
- Sharp business and sales acumen
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Experience in Student Housing or Multi-family Real Estate preferred
- Experience with lead management and communication platforms preferred
- Proficiency with property management systems (Entrata preferred)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with social media platforms
