Regional Leasing Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee leasing operations with a focus on HUD, Section 8, LIHTC, and affordable housing regulatory compliance
• Generate leads, conduct property tours, and drive leasing performance and occupancy
• Establish best practices for lease documentation, forms, and audit templates
• Partner with Legal to ensure lease forms and tenant notices meet jurisdictional standards
• Conduct portfolio-wide lease audits and support acquisition due diligence
• Manage and mentor a team responsible for lease system configuration and technical troubleshooting in Yardi and Blue Moon
• Maintain a master database of approved fees and rentable items

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in affordable housing compliance and leasing (HUD/Tax Credit)
• Deep knowledge of HUD, Section 8, LIHTC, and other affordable housing regulatory programs
• Proven experience reviewing eligibility, income certifications, and compliance documentation
• Prior experience supporting or leading compliance audits
• Proficiency in Yardi and MS Office Suite
• Willingness to travel 35%-50%
