About the role

Responsibilities

  • Educate physicians, nurses, and healthcare providers on patient selection and indications for leadless pacing.
  • Provide procedural support in accordance with instructions for use and best practices to ensure optimal clinical outcomes.
  • Assist in the education and training of Abbott personnel.
  • Communicate clinical data regarding leadless CRM products and provide market intelligence to fine-tune training plans.
  • Act as a liaison with marketing to provide feedback for technology improvements and next-generation products.
  • Coordinate and implement programs to facilitate market expansion and therapy access.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field, such as engineering, or equivalent related experience.
  • 3 years of clinical medical device experience, ideally with CRM products.
  • Ability to analyze and evaluate technologically complex devices.
  • High level of comfort navigating medical environments, including labs and hospital settings.
  • Proven ability to lead and influence customers and provide guidance in clinical settings.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other standard personal computer applications.
  • Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous cardiac leadless device training or education certification.
  • Previous sales experience and demonstrated business acumen.
