About the role
Responsibilities
- Educate physicians, nurses, and healthcare providers on patient selection and indications for leadless pacing.
- Provide procedural support in accordance with instructions for use and best practices to ensure optimal clinical outcomes.
- Assist in the education and training of Abbott personnel.
- Communicate clinical data regarding leadless CRM products and provide market intelligence to fine-tune training plans.
- Act as a liaison with marketing to provide feedback for technology improvements and next-generation products.
- Coordinate and implement programs to facilitate market expansion and therapy access.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field, such as engineering, or equivalent related experience.
- 3 years of clinical medical device experience, ideally with CRM products.
- Ability to analyze and evaluate technologically complex devices.
- High level of comfort navigating medical environments, including labs and hospital settings.
- Proven ability to lead and influence customers and provide guidance in clinical settings.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other standard personal computer applications.
- Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous cardiac leadless device training or education certification.
- Previous sales experience and demonstrated business acumen.
