Regional Leader - Geotechnics and Tunnels

Responsibilities

• Lead regional operations to deliver strong commercial and project outcomes
• Oversee project performance, ensuring quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction
• Optimise resourcing and utilisation across multiple projects and teams
• Build and strengthen key client relationships and develop a healthy work pipeline
• Lead, coach, and develop technical professionals and emerging leaders
• Maintain an active role in projects as Project Director, Manager, or technical specialist
• Collaborate with national leadership to align with strategy and standards

Requirements

• Degree in Geotechnical Engineering, Engineering Geology, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Professional registration (or working towards it)
• 10+ years of experience in geotechnics, tunnels, or related fields
• 5+ years of experience in technical team leadership
• Strong project delivery and commercial acumen
• Proven experience in business development and client relationship management
