About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive business growth by expanding the customer portfolio and developing existing customers
  • Deliver on key commercial KPIs including Grip, Grab, and Growth
  • Ensure flawless execution of sales and demo activities within the assigned territory
  • Implement effective customer engagement strategies aligned with local sales objectives
  • Leverage secondary sales data to identify and maximize high-impact opportunities
  • Collaborate with the Chef team to design and execute tailored customer activities
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Chefs, and Sales teams to enable strong channel activation

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a similar field
  • At least 6 months of experience in Key Account Management, Sales, Trade Marketing, or Promotions
  • Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Fluency in Italian and a good command of English
  • Ability to travel extensively (over 75% field-based)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Power BI and/or eCommerce tools
  • Experience or interest in the culinary industry
  • Strong ability to build bridges across different teams and partners
