About the role
Responsibilities
- Achieve sales, distribution, and visibility objectives within the assigned On-Trade sector (cash & carry, wholesalers, clubs, and bars) based on set KPIs.
- Manage local negotiations with buyers and implement merchandising strategies.
- Execute and evaluate regional or national promotional activities.
- Maintain optimal stock levels and collect competitor intelligence.
- Support the Regional On-Trade Director in recruiting, onboarding, and training new team members.
- Provide continuous coaching and field accompaniment to Sales Representatives to ensure best practices.
- Analyze regional business data (Volume, Salesforce, Nielsen) to recommend and implement action plans.
- Manage regional key accounts and develop regional commercial agreements to grow business.
Requirements
- Bac+2/+3 degree in Commerce or Marketing.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the CHR (Cafés, Hotels, Restaurants) sector.
- Strong knowledge of the spirits or liquid market.
- Proven ability in coaching, accompaniment, and sales management.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a result-oriented mindset.
- Fluency in English is a plus.
