Regional Key Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage existing customers and actively acquire new clients in system gastronomy, catering, hotels, canteens, and communal catering
• Identify customer needs and develop customized solutions
• Act as the central contact person for assortment, pricing, and services
• Ensure sustainable revenue growth and build long-term customer relationships
• Collaborate closely with wholesale markets and customer managers
• Plan sales activities, analyze target achievement, and develop acquisition measures
• Conduct annual negotiations and negotiate framework agreements and conditions
• Coordinate with tender management and central specialist departments

Requirements

• Market and industry knowledge in system gastronomy, catering, hotels, or communal catering
• Experience in field sales, ideally in Key Account Management within wholesale or the food industry
• Experience with tenders and calculation accuracy
• Self-motivated, organized, and pragmatic approach to decision-making
• Strong negotiation, communication, and assertiveness skills
• Proficient in MS Office
• High resilience and reliability
• High willingness to travel
