About the role
Responsibilities
- Support commercial operations in the Southern Region (Rzeszów, Kielce, Kraków, Bielsko-Biała, Częstochowa, Sosnowiec, Katowice)
- Support Commercial Operations Leaders in people management, team building, and conflict resolution
- Coordinate HR processes including recruitment for commercial roles, employer branding, onboarding, and performance reviews
- Collaborate on designing and optimizing incentive systems (bonuses, commercial goals)
- Monitor key HR metrics such as turnover, absenteeism, and onboarding efficiency
- Participate in HR projects like leadership development and retention initiatives
- Work with central People and Culture teams to implement HR policies
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Junior/Business Partner or 3 years in a similar role in a large organization
- Experience in commercial operations or retail environments preferred
- Strong ability to build partner relationships with business stakeholders
- Understanding of commercial KPIs, incentive systems, and turnover management
- Good knowledge of labor law
- Fluency in English (verbal and written)
- Valid Category B driver's license and readiness to travel within the Southern Region
