Regional Junior People and Culture Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Support commercial operations in the Southern Region (Rzeszów, Kielce, Kraków, Bielsko-Biała, Częstochowa, Sosnowiec, Katowice)
• Support Commercial Operations Leaders in people management, team building, and conflict resolution
• Coordinate HR processes including recruitment for commercial roles, employer branding, onboarding, and performance reviews
• Collaborate on designing and optimizing incentive systems (bonuses, commercial goals)
• Monitor key HR metrics such as turnover, absenteeism, and onboarding efficiency
• Participate in HR projects like leadership development and retention initiatives
• Work with central People and Culture teams to implement HR policies

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Junior/Business Partner or 3 years in a similar role in a large organization
• Experience in commercial operations or retail environments preferred
• Strong ability to build partner relationships with business stakeholders
• Understanding of commercial KPIs, incentive systems, and turnover management
• Good knowledge of labor law
• Fluency in English (verbal and written)
• Valid Category B driver's license and readiness to travel within the Southern Region
